Mr. Capponi has over 20 years of experience and a proven track record in the natural resources and capital markets industries. He has been involved in multibillion-dollar transactions related to the creation, structuring, financing, and sale of natural resource companies across Europe, North America, and Latin America. Mr. Capponi is the founder of Western Atlas Resources Inc. and a co-founder of CB Gold Inc., where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer from 2009 to 2015. Prior to that, he worked with Endeavour Financial and held director and senior management roles with several private companies. Mr. Capponi holds a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration from LUISS Guido Carli University and has completed additional training and certifications with the Corporate Finance Institute (CFI) and Wall Street Prep.

Mr. Grech has over 25 years of experience and a strong track record in the legal and financial services sectors. He has led the origination, structuring and work out of numerous multi-billion dollar transactions across Europe, emerging markets and Australia. For the last 10 years he has been Chief Executive Officer of various divisions of the Corporate & Investment Bank of Santander in EMEA — including the payments and liquidity and working capital businesses, leading a multi-hundred-million business. Prior to that he held senior management roles at The Royal Bank of Scotland, ABN AMRO Bank, and law firm Blake Dawson Waldron (now Ashurst) in London and Australia. Mr. Grech holds degrees in Law and Arts from the Australian National University, a Graduate Diploma in Finance and Applied Investment from Kaplan and has various management and corporate governance qualifications from both the IMD and Insead.

Mr. Rocchi has over 20 years of experience across alternative investments, private equity and venture capital, capital formation, and investment banking. He is the Founding Partner and CEO of IICapital Advisors Ltd, a private capital advisory firm providing capital formation strategies to European and North American private markets General Partners. In this role, he has raised more than €4 billion from institutional investors, including pension funds, insurance companies, endowments, and family offices. Mr. Rocchi previously served as CEO of Integrae SIM, an investment bank focused on listing SMEs on the Italian Stock Exchange, and was a Partner at a leading Italian venture capital firm focused on seed and early-stage technology investments. He is also a Teaching Fellow at Bocconi University, where he teaches Venture Capital & Valuation and Corporate Finance. He holds a Law degree from the University of Rome, a Master's in Corporate Finance from Bocconi University, and a Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Trieste.
